Tuesday, the 21st of May 2013 - News just in indicates that the Jubilee Government intends to deliver on its campaign pledge to provide free solar laptops for students starting school by November of this year.
This is according to the Education Cabinet Secretary, Prof Jacob Thuranira Kaimenyi who said this morning that the laptops should be ready for delivery in November.

Kaimenyi said that education bodies are currently preparing content for the laptops.
