Travel Consultant Job in Kenya

Do you have knowledge of vacation travel alternatives and a sincere interest in customer satisfaction? 
If so our client in the travel industry is looking for a Travel Consultant.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
  •  Maintain a positive, cheerful approach to all customers both domestic and International. 
  • Use creativity and a variety of resources to overcome challenges, acquire information, satisfy clients' needs and maximize agency revenues. 
  • Establish clients' needs on first contact, qualify by leading client conversations with questions and treat each inquiry with patience and focus. 
  • Offer comparisons and make recommendations 
  • Ensure that all reservations are processed in accordance with established policies. 
  • Maintain current knowledge of promotions and specials and proactively advise clients of savings opportunities. 
  • Consistently maintain personal sales and revenue targets as established on an individual basis
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Travel College Diploma or Degree in related field 
  • Travel Consultant Experience, including international booking and consultation. 
  • Proven customer service skills and abilities. 
  • Personable, Flexible, presentable, service-oriented, accurate, efficient, able to work under pressure of deadlines.
Office is open 6 days a week and must be willing to work Saturdays.
