NEWS: MUDAVADI, WETANGULA and JIRONGO told to unite and beat UHURU/RUTO hands down in 2017

Monday June 3, 2013 - Former Deputy Prime Minister, Musalia Mudavadi, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula and former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo have been urged to unite in order to beat President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto in the 2017 Presidential election.
Speaking while meeting over 40 County Representatives from  Lugari constituency on Sunday, Lugari MP Ayub Savula said  if the three put their act together in 2017,they can easily dislodge Uhuru and Ruto from power.

He said if they will not succeed in 2017, their ages will not allow them to vie in 2022 and it is high time they put their houses in order.

“If they will not succeed, we the young politicians will not allow them again to waste the chances of the Luhya community,” Suvula said.

“They should begin by uniting people from Western Province to vote in one direction. This can only be done if the region puts its votes in one basket through a single party. We are ready to help them do this,” Suvula added.

He prophesied that come 2017, the President will come from the Western Kenya!
